Costs

The price ranges for private yacht instruction can vary depending on the duration of your trip.

One week of Cruising Instruction is $5,000 (US) per week/couple. Price includes fuel costs. Price does not include marina or mooring fees, meals or onshore entertainment. If transiting through different countries, individual Customs/Immigration fees are not included.

Provisioning will be completed at the beginning of our trip. We will as a group, discuss meal planning. Clients will be expected to pay for their portion of meals, alcohol and any other individual needs.

As a reminder, this is not a yacht charter. Clients will be expected to contribute equally in all facets of live aboard living ie cooking, cleaning and day to day yacht maintenance.

As an alternative to one on one cruising instruction, Kiana Adventures may take on delivery crew to assist in delivery of s/v Kiana to new locations. These Crew Opportunities would be quoted at a reduced rate to gain valuable offshore sailing experience moving Kiana from one cruising ground to another.

These Kiana Delivery trips will be quoted on an individual basis depending on distance and days at sea for the delivery.
